Which cars does Orbit support?

Every Tesla that works with the Tesla app: Model S, Model 3, Model X, Model Y and Cybertruck. You can add several cars to one membership.

Is there a free plan?

No. Orbit has one membership with everything included. Every new member gets 7 days free, then pays $10 a month, $99 a year or $229 once.

Why do I need to verify my VIN?

Verification keeps the community to real owners. Your VIN is used once to confirm ownership and is never shown to other members.

How does Orbit connect to my car?

You sign in with your Tesla account through Tesla's official login. Orbit never sees your password and you can revoke access at any time.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Drives, charging sessions and battery history export as CSV from the Garage at any time.

How do I cancel?

Cancel in your App Store subscriptions. If you cancel during the trial you are not charged.
